Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme found in every cell, playing a critical role in our metabolism. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age. However, the levels can be restored through NAD+ supplementation and/or supplementation with precursors such as nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN).
While various methods of supplementation exist, we recommend the administration of NAD+ through IV therapy. By avoiding the digestive tract, you will absorb and benefit from 100% of the dosage administered intravenously.
Note: The time required to administer NAD+ will vary with the dosage and with the patient's tolerance. In general, you can expect 1 - 3 hours for 250 mgs and 2 - 6 hours for 500 mgs.
