Find answers to common questions about partnering with DripDoc, investment opportunities, and our services.
For Business Partners
What types of businesses can partner with DripDoc?
We partner exclusively with brick-and-mortar wellness and hospitality businesses including chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage clinics, spas, gyms, fitness studios, hotels, resorts, and recovery centers. If you serve health-conscious clients and have adequate space, we'd love to explore a partnership.
What are the upfront costs to become a partner?
Zero. There are no upfront costs, licensing fees, equipment purchases, or staffing expenses. We provide everything required to operate a compliant IV therapy service. Partners earn revenue through transparent revenue sharing on every client served.
What does DripDoc provide?
We provide complete turnkey operations: medical director oversight, HIPAA-compliant EHR, professional liability coverage, licensed RNs with full credentials, U.S.-compounded formulations, all supplies and equipment, scheduling coordination, patient intake and screening, payment processing, and ongoing operational support.
What do partners need to provide?
Partners need adequate space for IV administration (we'll help assess during the consultation), general liability insurance covering trips and falls, and a commitment to quality care. That's it. We handle everything else.
How does scheduling work?
Scheduling is flexible. Either you set the schedule based on nurse availability, or DripDoc manages appointment coordination with your hours and preferences in mind. We work with your existing operations to minimize disruption.
How are payments handled?
Payments can be taken by the nurse on-site using our point-of-sale system, or processed through the partner—whatever aligns with your workflow. We provide transparent revenue sharing reports so you always know your earnings.
For Investors
What makes DripDoc's model different?
We're an asset-light B2B2C platform. Partners provide locations and local customer flow—we provide the complete medical infrastructure. This eliminates traditional capital requirements (real estate, build-outs, customer acquisition) while enabling rapid scaling through established wellness businesses.
What's your current traction?
Founded in March 2023, we've successfully operated in Tampa and Orlando markets. We pivoted from direct home health services to our scalable B2B2C model, and we're now expanding our partner network throughout Central and South Florida.
What's the growth strategy?
Phase 1: Deepen Florida presence. Phase 2: Expand to adjacent Southeastern markets (Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte). Phase 3: National expansion in top 25 metros. Phase 4: Build proprietary technology and data systems to optimize operations and clinical outcomes.
What's unique about your clinical quality?
Fewer than 5% of nurse applicants are accepted. Every nurse completes multi-stage interviews, skills evaluations, and direct vetting by our leadership team. This rigorous process ensures partners receive clinically strong, reliable, and deeply professional staff.
For Patients
What is IV therapy and how does it work?
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and medications directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous line. This bypasses the digestive system, allowing for 100% absorption and rapid effect—typically within minutes to hours rather than days like oral supplements.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes, when administered by qualified professionals. All DripDoc services are provided by licensed registered nurses under medical director oversight. We use U.S.-compounded pharmaceuticals, conduct thorough medical screening, and follow strict safety protocols including vital signs monitoring.
Who administers the IV treatments?
Only licensed registered nurses (RNs) with full credentials and malpractice coverage. Our nurses undergo a rigorous hiring process with a less than 5% acceptance rate, ensuring you receive care from clinically strong, reliable professionals.
Where can I receive IV therapy services?
DripDoc services are available at partner locations throughout Central Florida (Orlando area) and South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach area). Services are provided at trusted wellness and hospitality businesses in comfortable, professional settings.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Contact us through our contact form or reach out directly to a partner location. Available services and scheduling vary by location. We'll help you find the nearest location and coordinate your appointment.
Is my health information protected?
Absolutely. All patient information is protected through our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system. Your privacy and data security are top priorities, and we adhere to all federal health information privacy regulations.
