At DripDoc, Quality Isn’t an Add-On. It’s the Standard.
In Florida’s fast-growing mobile IV therapy industry, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by choices, especially when some providers cut corners in ways you may never see. At DripDoc, we’ve built our reputation on doing things differently: every IV therapy session we provide is administered exclusively by licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) who meet a strict, founder-led vetting process. Why? Because when it comes to your health, shortcuts aren’t just risky, they’re unacceptable.
Here’s what makes our nurse standards a cornerstone of everything we do.
Every Nurse, Personally Vetted by Our Founder
We’re a small team, and we like it that way. Every nurse who works with DripDoc is personally interviewed by the founder, often more than once, and must pass both a clinical evaluation and a soft-skills assessment. What does that mean in practice?
• Clinical Assessment: Most of our nurses perform a live IV placement on the founder, his wife, or another DripDoc team member. It’s not hypothetical. We want to feel their technique, confidence, and care.
• Soft-Skills Evaluation: Can they hold a conversation? Make a patient feel comfortable? Communicate clearly and compassionately? We prioritize bedside manner just as much as technical skill.
• Military or ER Background Preferred: While not required, nurses with backgrounds in trauma, emergency medicine, or even military service often bring the calm professionalism and IV expertise that shines in home settings.
This isn’t corporate hiring. There’s no middle management. Every nurse interacts directly with leadership, multiple times, before ever seeing a patient.
Licensed, Screened, and Clinically Safe
All DripDoc nurses:
• Are Registered Nurses licensed to practice in Florida
• Undergo fingerprinting and background checks
• Are CPR certified and carry active medical malpractice insurance
• Follow standing medical orders issued by our in-house Medical Director
These standing orders govern who we can treat, which add-ons can be used in which situations, and set clear safety limits (like max allowable dosages for B12, magnesium, or NAD+). If something in your intake form requires further review, we’ll schedule a Good Faith Exam, a quick $39.99 telehealth consult with our medical partner before treatment begins. We don’t profit from this; we do it to keep you safe.
We Don’t Just Say “Vitamin C” — We Tell You How Much
Not all drips are created equal. Some lower-cost providers may boast about what’s “included” but won’t tell you how much you’re actually getting.
We do. From the number of milligrams in your vitamin infusion to the precise ingredients in each blend, we’re transparent about what’s going into your body and why it matters. You’re not just paying for an ingredient; you’re paying for the right dose, administered safely, by a real nurse who knows what to do if something doesn’t go as planned (rare, but we’re always prepared).
Nurses Love Working Here and It Shows in Every Visit
Hospitals are stressful places. Many of our nurses came to DripDoc burnt out, underappreciated, and overworked. Now, they get to spend meaningful one-on-one time with clients who are happy, hydrated, and truly grateful. They get to set their own schedule, work autonomously, and feel proud of the care they provide.
And it shows. When your nurse loves their job, you feel the difference.
As our founder likes to say: “Almost every nurse we’ve ever hired has given an IV to me or my wife first. That’s how much I trust them. If I wouldn’t let them stick me, I’m not letting them treat a client.”
The Bottom Line
DripDoc may not be the cheapest option in Florida, and we’re okay with that. When it comes to your health, we believe in offering the best value, not the bare minimum. That means:
• Licensed RNs only
• Real safety protocols, not checklists
• Transparent ingredients and dosages
• Hands-on founder involvement
• Two AHCA licenses (we operate as a nurse registry, similar to a home health agency)
• An in-house Medical Director who oversees all standing orders
If you’re looking for a company that takes your wellness seriously, where safety, professionalism, and warmth come standard, we’d love to treat you.
